Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

At Dreams Vogue, accessible from dreamsvogue.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and customers. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who visits our store or places an order with us.

This is a starting-point template, not legal advice. Before you rely on it — especially once checkout is live and you're processing real payments and shipping to Canada, the U.S., and Europe — have it reviewed by a lawyer familiar with PIPEDA (Canada), CCPA (California), and GDPR (EU/EEA).

Consent

By using our website and placing an order, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information We Collect

When you browse our store or place an order, we may collect:

  • Contact information — name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address.
  • Order information — items purchased, order value, and order history.
  • Payment information — payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and our other payment providers, in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
  • Custom design uploads — if you submit artwork or a design for a custom order, we store that file for as long as needed to produce and reprint your order if there's an issue.
  • Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you interact with our site, collected automatically through cookies and log files. We don't currently use advertising pixels, though we may add the Meta Pixel in the future.

What we ask for, and why, is made clear to you at the point we ask for it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and fulfill your orders — including production, shipping, and customer support.
  • Communicate with you about your order, including confirmations and tracking updates.
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our website and product offering.
  • Understand and analyze how visitors use our website.
  • Detect and prevent fraud.
  • Send marketing communications through Shopify Email, but only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

Log Files

Dreams Vogue follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit our website. The information collected by log files includes IP address, browser type, internet service provider, date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track visitors' movement, and gather demographic information, and is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Like most websites, Dreams Vogue uses cookies to store information such as visitors' preferences and the pages visited, so we can optimize your experience by customizing our content based on your browser type and other information. We don't currently run advertising or analytics pixels beyond what's built into Shopify, though we may add tools like the Meta Pixel in the future — if so, this policy will be updated accordingly. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling cookies may affect some site functionality, like your cart.

Advertising Partners

Third-party ad networks we may use in the future could use cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons in their own advertising to measure effectiveness and personalize the ads you see. Dreams Vogue has no access to or control over these cookies. We recommend consulting the respective privacy policies of any third-party ad networks for more information, including how to opt out of certain practices.

Third-Party Privacy Policies

This Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers, websites, or our fulfillment and shipping partners linked from our store. We advise you to consult the respective privacy policies of these third parties for more detailed information, including their practices and instructions for opting out of certain options.

Third Parties We Share Information With

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our store:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform and payment processor, which stores order and customer data on our behalf.
  • Print and fulfillment partners — to produce and ship your order, we share the information needed to do so (name, address, and your design file).
  • Shipping carriers — to deliver your order and provide tracking.
  • Shopify Email — for marketing communications you've opted into.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dreams Vogue, our customers, or others.

Data Retention

We keep your order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations — generally up to 7 years for order and tax records.

  • Restrict processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

If you believe your child provided this kind of information on our website, please contact us immediately at dreamsvogue@outlook.com and we will promptly remove it.
