Refund Policy

This policy explains when Dreams Vogue offers a replacement or refund. Since most of our products are made to order specifically for you, our policy is more limited than a typical retailer's — but we stand behind the quality of what we print.

This is a starting-point template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on it for a live, checkout-enabled store — and make sure it stays consistent with our FAQ and Terms of Service.

Damaged, Defective & Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 2 days of delivery at dreamsvogue@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is printed to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Please double-check your size against the size chart on each product page, and review your design carefully before checkout.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel or change an order within 1–2 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once production has started, we're unable to cancel or modify the order. Contact us as soon as possible at dreamsvogue@outlook.com if you need to make a change.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll help you look into it with the carrier. [Confirm: do you offer a replacement for packages confirmed lost in transit, or only for damaged/defective items?]

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email dreamsvogue@outlook.com within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  3. We'll review your request and follow up within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
